FAQ's
Why do you use a digital projector?
Projection allows you to view the size you are considering for your
final portraits. Retouching, artwork, and cropping to enhance the
portrait will be discussed at the viewing.
Who should attend the viewing?
We prefer that you come alone or bring only persons interested in
purchasing portraits. Because children can become quickly bored,
we recommend that you arrange a babysitter. Your children are certainly
welcome, but we ask that you keep time in mind.
When will the viewing be ready?
We will call to schedule a viewing appointment as soon as your presentation
is ready. This typically takes between ten and twenty working days.
How much time should be allowed for
the viewing?
Up to two hours should be allotted for the viewing.
How many viewing sessions are there?
We ask that you come prepared to place your order at the first viewing
session. We will allow enough time for you to make your decision
without feeling rushed. A second viewing is possible, however we
must charge $75 per hour.
How do I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks, and cash.
You are permitted to pay for one half of the balance when the order
is first placed. The remaining balance will be due when you pick
up your portraits. No part of any order can be picked up until the
entire balance is paid in full. All orders are subject to 6.5% NC
Sales Tax.
When
will our portrait order be completed?
Due to the custom nature of our work, please allow up to six weeks
for your portrait order to be completed.
Can we reorder portraits at a later
date?
If you have ordered an 8x10 or larger portrait, you can reorder
additional portraits. Prices are guaranteed for two weeks after
you have received your portraits. After two weeks, portrait prices
will be based on current portrait prices at the time of reorder.
Do you sell frames?
Yes. After your viewing, we will be glad to assist you in selecting
the perfect frame for your portrait.
